Thank you for visiting Kaleidoscope, a counselling service for K‑10 students operated by Agami Ventures LLP (GST No.27ABBFA0974H1ZK) (“Kaleidoscope,” “we,” “our,” “us”).Your privacy is important to us. ● your child’s school and grade level (K‑6 or K6‑10) and any learning needs
● messages, questions or preferences supplied via web forms, WhatsApp, email, phone calls or event sign‑ups

2. Usage and technical data

● IP address, browser type and version, device operating system, referring/exit pages, time on page, and similar statistics collected automatically via cookies, pixels, Google Analytics and server logs

3. Chat and scheduling metadata

● date and time messages were sent, buttons clicked inside the bot, Calendly appointment details selected by you

4. Payment and invoicing data (only if you purchase paid services)

● UPI reference numbers, transaction IDs, billing address, amount paid (processed through secure payment gateways)

We intentionally collect child‑related data only from the parent or legal guardian who engages our Services. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

● Deliver and administer the Services you request, including scheduling, reminders and counselling sessions.

● Send newsletters, event announcements or promotions (you can opt out at any time).

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use essential cookies for core Site functionality and analytics/advertising cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. Non‑essential cookies load only after you grant consent, and you may disable them in your browser without losing primary Site features.

● When required by law or court order – we disclose only the minimum necessary to comply.

● With your explicit consent – any additional sharing you authorise will be clearly explained first.

7. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

● Information is stored on secure infrastructure hosted by Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Calendly and similar providers that use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES‑256).
● Internal files (e.g., Google Sheets or CRM records) are protected with strong passwords, role‑based access controls and multi‑factor authentication.
● Staff and contractors access data only on a “need‑to‑know” basis and sign confidentiality agreements.
● We perform periodic security reviews, maintain backups and follow industry best practices to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of data.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We may process or store information on servers outside your jurisdiction (e.g., the United States or the EU). Where such transfers occur, we rely on legally recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or your explicit consent.

9. DATA RETENTION

● Lead and booking records are retained for up to three years after your last interaction unless you request earlier deletion or further retention is required by law.
● De‑identified counselling notes are kept for five years for quality assurance.
● Invoices and tax documents are stored for eight years to meet statutory requirements.
● Google Analytics logs are automatically purged after twenty‑six months.
● Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw your consent.

When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your country, you may have the right to:

● request access to the personal data we hold about you;
● correct or update inaccurate information;
● ask us to delete data that is no longer required;
● restrict or object to certain processing activities;
● receive your data in a portable format;
